Take care of you

You get so busy working, going to school, cleaning the house, doing chores, and taking care of others you forget to take care of yourself. You keep pouring out of yourself however your pot is empty. You have to take some time for you, you have to do things for yourself so you can refuel and be refilled. You cannot be good for anyone else if you are not good to yourself.
